Once a sparkling debutante, 92 year-old Miss Elizabeth Hobbs is now living a dreary existence in San Francisco's less-than-chic Tenderloin district. After Miss Hobbs meets Milo, a young man working off his community service hours, she finds her life moving in strange and unexpected directions.

Voted "Audience Favorite" at the 2012 Redwood Writers Ten-Minute Play Festival held at the 6th Street Playhouse in Santa Rosa, California.
